I had been in contact with them for quite some time before i ordered a custom made quilt. I took express shipping because i wanted to get the product quick. The first thing that happened was that the shipping was delayed bacause of they had a special day and in China. That delayed the package for 5 days. It would have been nice to be warned before i ordered this product about this. When i finally got my quilt it had loose treads. From my perspective all people makes mistakes, and thats okay if you actually try to to correct it. However in this case i had a hard time even getting the person i talked with to recognize that the product i received even had problems. The answers i got was also very missleading. She wrote things like "non of our other clients have complain about this" okay? How is that relevant if my product has problems? Take a look at the pictures and you will se how the problems look like. I could easy pull out treads because the stitching was so lose.
